At Alignora, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. However, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the specific conditions and steps for order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Window
We allow a 12-hour grace period for cancellations from the time your order is placed.
- If you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we can guarantee a full refund and cancellation.
- Once this 12-hour window has passed, your order most likely has entered the processing or shipping phase, and we may not be able to stop the shipment.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please follow these steps immediately:
- Email Us: Send an email to info@alignora.online
- Subject Line: Use the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
- Details: Include your full name and the reason for cancellation in the body of the email.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.
3. Cancellations After 12 Hours
If you request a cancellation after the 12-hour window, we will still attempt to stop the shipment.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you must wait to receive the package and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
- Once a cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund immediately to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna).
- Refund Timeline: It usually takes 14 business days (Monday–Friday) for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- There are no cancellation fees or restocking fees for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
5. Cancellations for Modified Orders
If you wish to change an item (size, colour, or quantity) instead of cancelling the entire order:
- Please contact us within 24 hours.
- If the order hasn't been processed, we will update the details. If it has been processed, you will need to place a new order and return the original one once it arrives.
6. Orders Flagged for Security Reasons
Alignora reserves the right to cancel any order that:
- Fails our internal security and fraud screening.
- Has an unverified or incomplete shipping address.

Is placed for a product that is unexpectedly out of stock.
In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued automatically.
7. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept a delivery as a way of "cancelling" the order without prior notification:
- The package will be returned to us.
- Your refund will be processed only after the package reaches our warehouse.
- Please note that original shipping costs (if any) may be deducted from the refund in cases of unauthorised refusal of delivery.
