All products purchased from Alignora include a free 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and products that stop working due to a fault not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling by the purchaser. The warranty covers essential working parts that affect the primary function of the product, including the battery.

If you discover a defect within the warranty period, Alignora will, at its discretion, provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at Info@alignora.online and include your original order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
